How to Create a Discount Code
1. Start or Edit Your Event
Log into your BrightStar account and open your event.
You can:

2. Scroll to “Optional Settings”
Near the bottom of the event builder, look for:

This is where BrightStar keeps the tools that enrich your event — including discount codes.
Click to expand the section.
3. Open the Discount Codes Tool
Inside Optional Settings, click:
Discount Codes → Create Discount
A simple form will appear.
4. Fill in Your Discount Details
Code
This is the text attendees enter at checkout.
Examples:EARLYBIRD10 · COMMUNITYLOVE · WELCOME25
Type
Choose whether your discount is:
Discount % or Amount
Enter the value of the discount.
Total Available (Optional)
Set a usage limit, or leave empty for unlimited redemptions.
Start Date & Time
Decide when the code becomes active.
End Date & Time
Set an expiration date, or leave open-ended.
5. Submit
Click Submit to activate the code instantly.
You can return anytime to edit or remove it.
